Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except the owners closet or mechanical room. Guests will check themselves in with an electronic lock. The code will be provided 24-48 hrs before arrival date.
Other things to note
1) Guests must be 25 or older to make a reservation.
2) Up to 2 dogs are welcome, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs each. Please check the house rules for more details.
3) Nearby properties have ongoing weekday, daytime construction.
4) The hot tub and pool require 5-6 hours to heat. Depending on when cleaning was completed, the hot tub may not be hot at the time of your arrival.
5) A starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent) is provided. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased nearby.
6) Due to the location in a new development, cell phone reception may occasionally be inconsistent.
7) All guests must sign an electronic rental agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) for verification. A $250 security deposit will be collected 2 days before check-in.
8) Please note that for cancellations of bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a Stripe card processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the total refund.
9) Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited.
